CHA is currently recruiting for a full time Chief of Anesthesia. The Department of Anesthesia at CHA is a partnership with Team Health and the Chief will act as the leadership connection between CHA and Team Health.
Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of progressive leadership experience as well as a successful track record of recruitment, retention, professional development and mentoring of junior staff. Demonstrated ability in cross specialty collaboration through the implementation of protocols, operational and finance process improvement and clinical quality initiatives.
Surgical services at CHA have grown 25% in the last year and we seek a candidate who is eager to grow anesthesia services with us. Candidates must also possess a strong commitment to our underserved, multi-cultural patient population.
