    Join the core faculty at Tufts Family Medicine Residency at Cambridge Health Alliance, a health system nationally recognized for primary care transformation and recently awarded the top hospital in Massachusetts for Health Equity by the Lown Institute. Our highly collaborative obstetric service is located at Cambridge Hospital, a community hospital without an OB/GYN residency program. The hospital has been awarded Newsweek’s best maternity hospital for 3 years in a row and is staffed in collaboration with FM-OBs, midwives & obstetricians. As the home of a Reproductive Health Care and Advocacy Fellowship, this progressive and innovative residency has the goal of developing equity minded future family medicine leaders. 

    The Director will oversee the obstetric rotations, lead the obstetrics education & didactics, and provide oversight for prenatal care quality, equity, and safety in the family medicine center. This lead will join a cohort of delivering family medicine faculty physicians and a large pool of family medicine physicians providing prenatal care. 

    This full-time position is for an ABFM Board-Certified physician competent in low risk obstetrics (minimum experience 80-100 deliveries) with teaching and prenatal group visit experience.
