    Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is a nationally recognized, clinical and academic award-winning public healthcare system. CHA’s two hospital campuses, urgent care clinic and integrated network of both primary and specialty care practices in Cambridge, Somerville and Boston’s Metro North Region serve an ethnically and socio-economically diverse patient population. CHA is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide primary health care and street medicine services in the Healthcare for the Homeless program in this grant funded role. Role is hybrid based, splitting time between the shelter system and street outreach. 

    • Full time, 36 hours per week position 
    • Day & Evening/Flexible schedule 
    • Position represented by the MNA Cambridge Union 
    • Team and patient-centered approach to care 

    Ideal Candidates will have 2 years of experience and successfully completed an accredited nurse practitioner program or graduated from a bachelors’ or masters’ degree program, with an incorporated nurse practitioner program. Current Massachusetts licensure is required, maintenance of DEA number and Mass. DPH registration to prescribe controlled substances. Knowledge of a second language is preferred.
