Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is recruiting a full time Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Hematology/Oncology service. CHA is an award-winning health system based in Boston’s metro-north communities. We provide high quality health care to a diverse patient population. CHA is a teaching affiliate of both Harvard Medical School (HMS) and Tufts University School of Medicine.
About the position:
- Full-time position providing Hematology/Oncology care to our primarily adult population in Cambridge and Everett, MA
- PA will work independently in collaboration with a talented team of physicians and nursing staff in an ambulatory setting
- Days only, no call, no weekends
- Excellent opportunities exist to become involved in quality improvement initiatives and projects
- Supportive and collegial environment with a strong infrastructure
- Fully integrated inpatient/outpatient EMR (Epic)
Qualifications:
- The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of PA experience, oncology experience or deep experience with chronic disease management
- Candidates must have excellent clinical/communication/organizational skills
- PA will possess a strong commitment to serve our underserved, multicultural patient population.
- Must be able to collaborate and successfully work in a multidisciplinary team based environment.
