    Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA), an award-winning public health system, is recruiting an ENT Physician Assistant to join our well-established ENT & Allergy Division within CHA’s robust Department of Surgery. CHA provides innovative primary, specialty and emergency care to our diverse patient population through an established network of outpatient clinics, two full service hospitals and urgent care services. CHA is a teaching affiliate of Harvard Medical School (HMS) and Tufts University School of Medicine.

    ● Part-time position, 20-24 hours per week with benefits
    ● NO overnight or weekend call requirement
    ● Coverage across all 3 CHA sites (Cambridge, Everett, Somerville)
    ● Primarily ambulatory clinic responsibilities with shared visits and opportunity for
    independent clinical practice
    ● Perform in-office ENT procedures
    ● Management of ENT/Allergy patients in the allergy program - training will be provided in allergy testing and treatment
    ● Perform inpatient consults and procedures
    ● First assist in ENT OR cases as needed (occasional)
    ● Two fully equipped hospital-based audiology suites
    ● Adult and pediatric patients representing our ethnically and socioeconomically diverse local communities
    ● CHA Cambridge and Everett hospitals awarded Grade A for quality and patient safety by Leapfrog and Forbes Best Place to Work


    Qualified candidates with surgical experience preferred, ENT/Allergy experience is a bonus. Dermatology, Emergency Medicine and Interventional Specialties experience a plus. Must possess excellent clinical and communication skills with a dedicated commitment to serving CHA’s socioeconomically diverse, multicultural patient population.
