The Department of Psychiatry at Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA), a primary affiliate of Harvard Medical School (HMS), is seeking a Full-time or Part-time Psychiatrist to join our Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry as Medical Director of Child and Adolescent Outpatient Psychiatry Services. We are searching for an energetic candidate interested in contributing to a department dedicated to patient-centered, evidenced-based practices in a Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC). We are interested in candidates passionate about active clinical leadership within the CBHC context. The Medical Director will supervise the clinical work of our skilled group of child and adolescent psychiatrists in the Department of Psychiatry. The Medical Director will embrace Department goals regarding patient-centered care, quality and safety, healthcare equity, and individual and system accountability. This position will have dedicated time for administration, in addition to clinical responsibilities, and will work in close partnership with the Director of Child and Adolescent Outpatient Services. The Medical Director will also support the Division’s mission to support clinical scholarship and multi-disciplinary training in community mental health.
