We are specifically interested in recruiting and retaining a candidate with interest in serving as an active clinical leader, overseeing and supervising the clinical work of all child and adolescent psychiatry clinicians in the Department of Psychiatry. A major current focus includes the leadership of pediatric services within CHA’s Community Behavioral Health Center. The Director will work actively and effectively to achieve Department goals regarding patient-centered care, quality and safety, population health, and individual and system accountability.  This position will have dedicated time for administration, in addition to clinical responsibilities. The Director will also support the Division’s mission to support clinical scholarship and multi-disciplinary training in community mental health.

The Harvard-affiliated CHA Department of Psychiatry is recognized as a leader in patient care, teaching and research. As a leader in behavioral health for more than 20 years, CHA's psychiatry teams provide compassionate care to our diverse patient population.
