The Department of Psychiatry at Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA), a primary affiliate of Harvard Medical School (HMS), is seeking a full-time Vice Chief of Clinical Services.
The position provides overall clinical leadership for all clinical services in the Department. The successful candidate will be an innovative, strategic leader. The Vice Chief of Clinical Services will partner with clinical, administrative, and educational leaders to lead the development, improvement, and delivery of high quality, patient-centered, and accessible care to the diverse populations of the CHA patient population.

Our system is comprised of three Hospital campuses and an integrated network of both primary and specialty outpatient care practices in Cambridge, Somerville, and Boston’s Metro North Region.
Ideal applicants should have a demonstrated track record of successful leadership experience, preferably in a hospital and/or provider health system, with some experience in a safety net provider system. Harvard Medical School appointment will be commensurate with HMS appointment criteria and candidate qualifications. Candidates must have or be eligible for a MA license, have relevant experience in a leadership role, and be board certified in psychiatry.
